Halloween Witch Dress⭐⭒ 

Hello, Everyone! 
So, Halloween is coming and I have an event at school for only second graders BUT my  witch costume is a bit...too simple so I'm going to make it better! 

1. STEAL A SHAWL-  just kidding! take a ⚝𝓅𝓇𝑒𝓉𝓉𝓎⚝  shawl from your moms closet and tie it around your neck to make it seem like a cloak. 

The hat is nice though but the dress needs some ❤shaping❤ I only needed a long-sleeved white shirt, a black ribbon, and a navy blue dress. wear the shirt first, then the navy blue dress, and then the ones I was talking about. then tie the black ribbon around your waist and because its autumn find a nice stick for a wand and TA DAAAAAAAAAAA its done! enjoy Halloween because this works on any dress you want you just have to sprinkle some creativity!
