Halloween Witch Dress⭐⭒ Hello, Everyone! So, Halloween is coming and I have an event at school for only second graders BUT my witch costume is a bit...too simple so I'm going to make it better! 1. STEAL A SHAWL- just kidding! take a ⚝𝓅𝓇𝑒𝓉𝓉𝓎⚝ shawl from your moms closet and tie it around your neck to make it seem like a cloak.
